Refund/Cancelation Policy:*
- 50% Refund of paid amount if Cancellation at least 7 Days Before the Event
- 30% Refund of paid amount if Cancellation is at least 4 Days Before the Event
- 0% Refund if Cancellation is Less than 2 Days Before the Event
- All participants must carry their CNIC with them on the trip.
- Ethical conduct will be strictly followed throughout the trip.
- We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, weapons, or any behavior that is deemed inappropriate.
- We must be informed beforehand of any participants below 10 years or above 50 years of age.
- Participants requiring any special medical assistance should notify the management beforehand.
- Participants are responsible for their valuables on the trip. We will not take responsibility for any loss arising due to this.
- No refunds will be issued in case of a natural disaster or any unforeseen circumstance beyond human control, including but not limited to rains, storms, landslides, accidents, or flat tires.
- In the event of natural occurrences such as rain or blockage of a particular route, we reserve the right to slightly alter/change the route or itinerary for the safety of participants.
- If there is a landslide or any unforeseen circumstance that results in an increase in the number of days, the per day rate will be applied
